LEADERSHIP COHORT

Relationship-Centered Leadership Development Experience

"The law can’t make a man love me, it can restrain him from lynching me."

- DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.

WHY BRIDGE BUILDER LEADERSHIP COHORTS?

During what seems to be one of our generation's great racial awakenings, we believe there is an untapped opportunity as well as a critical need to root our efforts toward positive societal change within our country, organizations, and communities, in people change.

It's clear that Dr. King knew the importance of the law or policy in protecting the vulnerable, and it's also evident that he knew that our deeper need to address societal issues was an increase in love across differences. The impact of his quote and ideology in light of our continuous struggle as a society, in part, is what has led to the development and launch of Bridge Builder Consulting's leadership cohort.

Our leadership cohorts are people-centered experiences, where a diverse curated group of 12 leaders focus on leaning into the positive impact authentic relationships across difference can have in advance the work of bridging divides, valuing others, and addressing constructs that keep us from experiencing our collective best.
